FEELING STUCK?

I can help with that. With over ten years of experience in a variety of settings, I have the tools to help you change patterns that are no longer serving you. By listening to you without judgment, I gain a deep understanding of what is bringing you to therapy. I collaborate with you to help you identify new strategies and ways of thinking to help you feel better and achieve your goals.

I tailor my approach to fit your needs. Some people need a compassionate listener to help them reflect and gain insight. Others need a more structured approach, with concrete tools and strategies to build coping skills. I draw from a wide range of theories and interventions to adapt to your needs and am always learning more to deepen my practice.

I practice from a social justice framework, am LGBTQIA+ affirming, and continually strive to deepen my competency in working with a culturally diverse range of clients.

I offer treatment for individuals over the age of 18. I do not offer services for children, couples, or families. I generally run a full practice with a waiting list and add in new clients as openings arise. It is helpful when prospective clients provide a brief summary of what is leading you to seek therapy at this time; what insurance you would like to bill, if any; and days and times that you are available. Due to the limited nature of the services I provide as a solo practitioner working remotely, I am unable to accommodate clients who are actively suicidal, engaging in self-harm, abusing drugs and alcohol, experiencing psychotic symptoms, or recently discharged from a higher level of care.
